4. How we collect data
Your personal data is collected electronically when you fill in the forms on our website and visit the site. Form submissions are not stored on the server; they are sent directly to the Company’s email address.
5. Transfers
Our website and company email are provided by our hosting provider on servers in Türkiye (Istanbul). Your personal data is not transferred abroad and is not shared with third parties for marketing. It may be shared with authorised public authorities only when they request it and to the extent required by law.
6. Retention periods
- Contact requests: 2 years after the request has been resolved.
- Job applications: 1 year from the date of application. If you are hired, data is kept in your personnel file for the periods required by law.
- Transaction security records: for the periods set by the hosting provider and applicable law.
Data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised when its retention period ends.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected and for data to be deleted or destroyed under Article 7; to ask for these actions to be notified to recipients; to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If your request is refused, the answer is insufficient or no answer is given in time, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
